Due to popular demand, here is the 3D Print file for my Tracksaw Rail Hinge!

The printer settings I used are displayed in the picture carousel, due to the nature of 3D printing this may be different for you and your machine.

The file includes a “TEST HINGE” so you can test the settings of your own printer before printing the whole thing.

You will need to “break” the hinge loose in order for it to move.

I printed using a 0.4 nozzle, 0.2mm layer, 2 walls, and 25% infill, but feel free to experiment!

The jig requires 2 “Brackets” and 2 “T-Bolt Holders”.

In my experience, the “Brackets” and “Support Pin” printed best standing up (as shown in the picture carousel).

Hardware Required:

Six 1-1/4” T-Bolts

Six Knobs

This version is compatible with Festool, Makita, Milwaukee, Triton, Powertec type rails (rails that have a track on the bottom left side). 

Given the nature of 3D printing, some testing and experimentation may be necessary on your part. While I strive to provide helpful information, I may not be able to address all specific questions related to 3D printing. I appreciate your understanding.
